Reservation & Payments

Booth Reservations 

Booth reservations will be held for one week upon receipt of completed contract. Booth reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment due. 

Should the balance due for a booth reservation exceed seven days, the space may be reassigned on a first-come basis. 

Booth Assignment

Booth requests will be assigned on a first-come, first-reserved basis to paid exhibitors. All efforts will be made to accommodate location preferences. We will attempt to physically separate competitors, and exhibitor cooperation in this regard is appreciated.

EMEX reserves the right to assign/reassign booths at its sole discretion.

Fees and payments

Booth Fees

Price per square foot at EMEX 2008:

• Standard 10'x10' booth (100 sq. ft.) = $23.00 psf

• 101-500 = $22.00 psf

• 501-1000 = $21.00 psf

• 1001+ = $20.00 psf

IAEM Affiliate members receive a 10% discount. Join IAEM as an Affiliate Member.

Full payment is due upon submission of booth contract.

Reservations made can be made on-line using secure Credit Card payments.

Donate to the IAEM Scholarship Program – Increase Your Visibility

The IAEM Scholarship Commission would like to help you increase your visibility during the EMEX Exhibit. At the same time, you will be helping promote the future of emergency management.

• Any exhibitor that donates $500 or more to the IAEM Scholarship Program will have their booth marked with a bright yellow flag. The flag will bear the IAEM logo and the words “scholarship donor.”  The flag will be attached to the pipe on your booth to add visibility.
• In addition, donors of $500 or more will receive an attractive plaque to display in the booth and take home for display in your headquarters office. Plaques will be given at the EMEX exhibit yearly to donors of $500 or more.
• Donations are recorded and donors are recognized in a Web site listing by their cumulative donation amount. A donation of $500 would make your company a Bronze donor. As you donate over the years, you can advance to other recognition levels (Bronze - $100-999; Silver - $1000-4499; Gold - $4500-7499; and Platinum - $7500 and above). 

There are three ways to donate to the IAEM Scholarship Program:

• Donate as you register for your booth;
• Submit your donation separately online at https://www.iaem.com/resources/scholarships/onlineDonation.htm, or
• Mail a check to IAEM Scholarship Program, 201 Park Washington Court, Falls Church, VA 22046.

Donations are tax deductible. The IAEM Scholarship Program is a non-profit, charitable organization classified as 501(c)(3) under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Learn more about the IAEM Scholarship Program.

Exhibitor Entitlements

The cost to exhibit includes a booth with standard back drape and side rails, one table, two chairs, aisle cleaning, general security, listing in the official show publication. IAEM Affiliate Members will also receive a complete list of attendees. 

Each 10'x10' booth entitles the exhibiting company/organization to two booth personnel, who are encouraged to attend the general sessions and participate in meal/social functions included in the registration fee.

EMEX operates under generally recognized guidelines accepted by the International Association for Exposition Managers (http://iaem.org/)

Virtual EMEX

As bookings are made and contracts received, EMEX will load exhibitor information into this website - to maintain a year round presence on the virtual expo, offering additional exposure and a direct link to your information for those that are looking throughout the year.
