The cost to exhibit includes a booth with standard back drape and side rails, one table, two chairs, aisle cleaning, general security, listing in the official show publication. IAEM Affiliate Members will also receive a complete list of attendees. 

Each 10'x10' booth entitles the exhibiting company/organization to two booth personnel, who are encouraged to attend the general sessions and participate in meal/social functions included in the registration fee.

Virtual EMEX

As bookings are made and contracts received, EMEX will load exhibitor information into this website - to maintain a year round presence on the virtual expo, offering additional exposure and a direct link to your information for those that are looking throughout the year.

Booth Fees

Price per square foot at EMEX 2012:

• Standard 10' x 10' booth (100 sq. ft.) = $23.00 psf
• 101-500 = $22.00 psf
• 501-1000 = $21.00 psf
• 001+ = $20.00 psf

• Join IAEM as an Affiliate Member to receive a 10% discount on EMEX booth fees.
• 100% of total amount must accompany all new contracts submitted on or after January, 1, 2012.
• Cancellation and Reduction of Space Policy: All Cancellations Must Be Received in Writing. Space cancelled or reduced on or before June 1, 2012 will be charged a 25% service charge on the cost of the original space. The full contract price is due and payable and non-refundable for any space/exhibits plus cancelled or reduced on or after June 1, 2012. Once this contract is signed and exhibit space is allocated you are contracted to the exhibit space. An exhibitor who cancels a booth space reservation must pay a cancellation fee, as noted above, which allows EMEX to recover the administration expenses incurred in preparing for the participation of the canceling exhibitor and which it will incur to attempting to resell the booth.
